Should you need to return a product to us that is not defective (if defective, please follow manufacturers warranty process as noted in written documentation which was included in the box) we will do our best to accomodate you. Please note that all requests for returns/exchanges must be made in writing (via email at returns@parkaudiolabs.com) within 7 days of receipt.

All returns for non defective items must have a written confimation from the Park Audio Labs staff which will include a RMA number. We cannot accept equipment back that does not have the orginal boxes, packaging, accessories, remotes or other included items that are part of the product as shipped. A 20% return fee is to be paid on all returned merchandise. Should you wish to exchange an item we can apply 90% of the original purchase towards another item. There are no returns for items that are noted as clearance, discountinued or floor model items. These items will clearly be noted as such on our site. All items must be shipped freight prepaid to:
